The teenage years can be fun, exciting, stressful, difficult, overwhelming and sometimes a little scary. If things are getting too much for you and you feel that you cannot cope, and have no one you can talk to, it may be worthwhile asking for some help. There are various options of help available to you, some of which are listed below:
Most schools have very good confidential Counselling services available, any this may be a good place to start.
Talk to one of the GPs or Nurses here at the Practice, they may be able to help you or can arrange a referral to Counselling services.
Remember you can bring a friend or relative to these appointments or you can attend on your own.
