Please ensure you wear a facecover or mask when attending the surgery

Newsletter April 2020 now available

If you have an appointment booked, we will be contacting you to advise accordingly. Most appointments are to be telephone based, where possible

It is imperative at this time that we have current contact details especially mobile phone number.

The surgery is not issuing fit notes for covid-19, or isolation notes, if you require one please follow this link isolation note

We have received notification from the NHS England that as from immediate effect (13/3/20) we are to change face to face appointments to telephone appointments wherever possible in an effort to contain and limit the effect of the covid-19 coronavirus.

Patients who have appointments booked will be contacted by phone or text to advise that the appointment will go ahead at the same date and time but will be conducted via telephone, or cancelled if non urgent. Some patients are going to be need seen at the surgery and we will continue with this, although we will be keeping this to a minimum.

All routine, non-urgent appointments will be cancelled for example smears, routine reviews for chronic disease, smoking cessation and some medication reviews

This will put some pressure on the reception and phone system, but we will be doing our very best to keep disruption to a minimum, and appreciate your patience at this time.

Further information will be updated to the website as soon as it’s available.
